Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 24

The game is YOU.

Sonic woke to an odd sound, it sounded like a blast.

“What the?” He said, scratching his head.

Amy came storming through the door into Sonics room.

“Sonic! You're awake!” Amy said, slamming the door behind her.

“Yeah, why were you outside?” Sonic said.

“There’s a war. The dark lord is outside, hovering over the cottage!” Amy shouted.

Sonic got up, slipped past Amy, and out the door.

And sure enough, there was indeed the dark lord.

“Show me the power!” He shouted. “Randy. I want that EMERALD!”

“Hey, shut up!” Tails shouted, tossing a rock at the dark lords head.

It hit him in the eye.

“ARG!” He shouted.

“Hey, why don’t you show us your power instead?” Blaze shouted.

Just like that, Shadow Burst popped out of nowhere.

Then a fight broke out.

Knuckles punched one, then kicked another. “How’s it feel?”

He punched one into the sky, and it hit an airborne one.

Knuckles kneed one in its stomach, and flipped backwards, and punched another one in its face.

Sonic just kept swinging. He never stopped.

Just then, a familiar voice shouted, “Randy, good to see you, I’ve missed you!”

“Corrupted?” Sonic shouted, slashing a Shadow Burst.

“In the flesh! Thanks to Hades, I have my own body!” Corrupted shouted.

He slashed out a pare of claws, and he bowed his ‘Sonic’ like head. When he raised his head, he had fangs, and his eyes turned totally red.

“Now, how do you like the evil look of your body? Eh, Randy?” Corrupted said.

“That isn’t my body… Hades took it and turned it into a freak show!” Sonic said.

Corrupted had started growing pointy ears, and long spiky hairs popped out from the back of his shirt.

“Now, feel the wrath, of the new me!” He shouted.

Corrupted lunged out with a clawed hand. He took it and lashed it across Sonics face.

Knuckles looked at Sonic, remembering his scar.

“Dang, I still have mine!” Knuckles said.

“Hey! That hurt!” Sonic shouted.

“Well, if I don’t kill you, take good care of it and it will leave!” Corrupted mocked.

Sonic got mad, and elbowed Corrupted in the face.

“NOW IT GETS PERSONAL!” Corrupted shouted.

Corrupted slashed at Sonics chest, punched him in his jaw, and elbowed him in the face.

Meanwhile, in some part of the woods.

“What in the world, where am I?” Eggman shouted.

Corrupted lashed out again, this time hitting Sonic in his knee.

Sonic staggered to the ground, not knowing what to do.

Then, out of nowhere, came a lashing of claws.

Sonics face was so bloody he couldn’t see. And he no longer held his sword in his hand.

“Die, Randy, die!” Corrupted shouted, slashing yet again at Sonics chest.

Sonic could only see a spot of light. And all around that light, was darkness.

“Don’t die now! You have the will, and the strength. Pull your self together!” Shouted that voice.

“What chance do I have?” Sonic thought. “I can’t see, I can’t feel. I’m useless!”

“Bite me! You are useful!” The voice rang.

Sonics eyes flickered, and light shone over the darkness.

“DIE!” Corrupted shouted, lashing out his claws.

“NEVER!” Sonic shouted, springing up, and grabbing Corrupted by the neck.

Sonic had Corrupted struggling for air. Corrupted elbowed Sonic in the gut, and Sonics breath came out fast.

Corrupted was slashing yet again at Sonics face, but was missing.

Sonic dove at Corrupteds stomach. And then, with a loud slam, they hit the ground.

Sonic was wrestling with Corrupted.

Something hit Sonic on the back.

It was Corrupted's claw.

Sonic was torn off of Corrupted, and slammed, headfirst, into a tree.

Sonic sat there, the grass slicing into his still bleeding scars; the bark of the tree scraping his neck.

Then, Corrupted had picked him up by the collar.

“This is the end!” He shouted.

But Sonic had slammed his fist into Corrupted.

He staggered away, and Sonic fell to the ground.

“You haven’t won yet!” Corrupted shouted, turning and walking into a shadow portal.

Sonic smiled, then he blacked out.

When he woke, he was leaning on the tree and nothing was moving around him.

Silver lay close by, face down in the dirt, not moving.

Blaze was floating in a nearby lake.

Tails was holding on for dear life by his own whip.

Knuckles was still locked in combat with, what seamed to be, the only Shadow Burst around, and they were wearing armor, so no vanishing in one hit.

Cosmo was sitting down, crying.

Amy was standing near Sonic.

In the middle of all the carnage, was a dog, beat up, on the ground and not moving.

The Shadow Burst didn’t seem to vanish. They just bled and lied there dead.

Sonic got up, and every one who wasn’t out cold looked at him.

He walked over to the dog, knelt down, and patted its head.

“This dog… It was on their side… Was it not?” Sonic asked Amy when she walked to his side.

“Yes, he looked like that before the Shadow Burst beat the hell out of him, literally.” Amy said.

“This do is not dead, but he his badly bruised.” Sonic said. “So… We shall take him in!”

“Huh?” Cosmo gasped. “YAY!”

The dog’s eyes flickered open and he looked scared.

“Don’t worry boy, we wont abuse you!” Sonic said, rubbing the dog’s head.

The collar said his name was “Fat” but Sonic thought other wise. Sonic took the name tag off, and put a leaf on it.

“We will call him Leaf!” Sonic said.

And the dogs tailed wagged with joy.

Writers Note: This story was written for all abused animals. There are thousands of animals in the world being abused each day, and we should do something about it! Those animals wont live another day of not being scared. They have scars none of us can see, because they are scared in their hearts! Because their owners, the ones who put a roof over their heads, ruined their dreams. They dreamed of living happy, and playfully. And some of those animals belong in the wild, but yet, they end up the way people treat them.

WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING.

Even if it means donating money to animal shelters, or other stuff. IT WILL HELP!

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 23

The dead, become the living?

Sonic woke up, and spat on the floor. “Yuk! My mouth tastes bitter.” He said.

Amy came through the blanket, looking P.O.ed.

“Mornin’ What’s u-“ Sonic started.

“Shut it!” Amy shouted. Slamming the door, as she left.

Everyone that was on the top bunks, fell off.

“What’s beating her?” Tails said.

Sonic got up, and went after Amy.

He found her at the cliff. Her arms out straight to her sides, and her head facing up. Her nightgown was flapping in the wind.

“Go away!” Amy said in a choked voice.

“Amy?” Sonic said, looking scared.

The sky was dark with rain clouds.

“I- I sold my soul!” Amy said.

“DO WHAT?” Sonic shouted so loud that it echoed everywhere.

“I sold my soul to Hades!” Amy said.

“Why?” Sonic said, looking at her with a scared look.

“He said- he said he’d give me whatever I wanted!” Amy said.

“He offered me the same thing! But I didn’t sell him my soul!” Sonic shouted. “For the gods sake, are you mad?”

“Sonic, he offered me anything! He offered me money, power, you!” Amy shouted.

“Me?” Sonic said, looking dumbfounded.

“Yes!” Amy said.

Then out of nowhere, Hades popped up next to her.

“Randy, Randy, Randy, you thought I would stop with you? AHA! You were so wrong!” Hades shouted.

“Hades, give- her- soul- BACK!” Sonic shouted, drawing his sword.

“The sword that Zeus himself made. I’ll kill her, if you strike me!” Hades shouted.

“The thing is Hades, I’m not alone!” Sonic said smiling.

Shalar popped up next to Hades.

“Hades, you think that Sonics heart could stop me?” Shalar said. “For he begged me to come out, and opened the door to the real world!”

“You can’t do nothing! I have her soul!” Hades shouted.

Shalar vanished.

“YAHA!” Hades laughed.

“Amy, I’ll get your soul back, Fanage, open the door, to river Styx!” Sonic shouted looking up.

Just then, a phoenix the size of the empire state building, swooped down and shot a fire blast at Hades. It hit the evil man headfirst. Amy looked at Sonic, then fell to the ground.

“Go, son of Adam, and free your friends soul, save her from the darkness!” Fanage shouted, through his fire beak.

Sonic nodded and jumped through the door.

Sonic was looking at a boat, It had a figure standing in it. The figure was covered in a cloak.

“How may I help you Randy?” Cronus said.

“Why are you helping me?” Sonic asked.

“Oh boy, well, being the ferryman of Styx, I kind of have no choice!” Cronus said.

Sonic boarded the boat, and they were off.

“Take me to where souls go!” Sonic said.

“Look down, they're there, and in the other chambers we have down in the hell hole.” Cronus said.

Sonic looked down, and there they were. Thousands of souls.

“Oh dear gods!” Sonic said. “What about people that sell their soul?”

“Huh? Oh, they get sent to the special room, we call it the ‘I got you room’. It’s where the souls that were given to us stay. They still live in their bodies, only the contract is down in hell.” Cronus finished.

“Take me there! NOW!” Sonic shouted.

The ferryman looked at Sonic.

“Fine.”

When they arrived, Cronus said he’d wait.

Sonic went into the room, and found out, that tons of people sold their soul.

“Lets see, Amy Rose. Should be some where here!” Said a stocky man, after Sonic had asked.

The man had red skin, wore goggles, and had horns where his ears should be. His left eye was crossed, and his right was pure black, the whole thing. He had about four arms, and his teeth were like fangs.

Sonic shivered at the sight of this creepy little man.

“Ah, Amy Rose, sold herself for a boy named, Sonic D. Randy.” The little man said.

“That’s her. May I take the contract?” Sonic asked.

“Oh no, you first have to go see Trone, he’s the man in charge of this little contract cavern,” the little man said.

The parchment disappeared. And Sonic went through a door.

The man sitting in a chair, was huge. He was almost as big as a house.

“What can I do for you?” Said the man.

He had yellow skin, he wore an old cap with horns glued to it. His eyes were red, and his ears were missing chunks.

“I want to have the contract of Amy Rose.” Sonic said, bravely.

“Who’s the one who protects you?” Trone asked.

“Uh, Zeus, and Fanage.” Sonic said.

“Darn, with the gods on your side, the only way I can stop you is Hades.” Trone said.

After Sonic tore up the contract, he went back to find Amy.

Amy was fine, and she kissed both his cheeks.

“Thank the gods you’re my friend!” Amy said.

“Just don’t sell your soul again! I’m not going to see Trone for a very long time, I pray!” Sonic said.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 22

Just drop dead!

Sonic was walking down a long corridor. It was dark, and Sonic held a hand to the lumpy wall.

Sonic found a door, and turned the knob.

On the other side was a bright room, with rising green fog.

There was a figure with its back to him. The figure wore a black robe, and had pink hair.

“Amy?” Sonic said, his voice echoed.

Amy turned her head to look at him over her shoulder. She turned to Sonic to where only her left side was visible. Her head still faced him. She outstretched her left arm to Sonic.

Sonic started walking toward her. He outstretched his arm, and their fingertips met.

Just then, a big hole formed around Sonic, Sonic looked down then up.

He fell.

As he watched, Amy slowly lowered her arm, and turned and walked away.

“THIS IS ONLY A DREAM!” Sonic shouted to himself.

When he landed, he landed on his feet. In front of him, stood another figure. This time, the figure had blue skin, and flames sticking strait up, and swaying, for hair.

“Who are you?” Sonic said.

The figure turned his head to look at Sonic over his shoulder. He turned so only the right side of him was visible.

Sonic looked at the figures face.

The figure stuck out his right arm.

Sonic looked at him, and then said, “You don’t think I’m going to take that do you?”

Then the figure snapped his fingers. And the song ‘Oops I did it again!’ rang out from nowhere.

The figure started doing the moonwalk with his arms straight in front of him, and waving them up and down.

The figure snapped his fingers again, and the music stopped. Then said, “So, little blue Randy, how’s it going?”

“Huh?” Sonic said. Then out of nowhere, the figure was behind him.

“Aw, come now, you don’t remember me? Your old pal? Hades?” said the figure.

“Hades?” Sonic said, “Oh great, now I’m dreaming about Hades!”

“No, I took over your dream- Bub!” Hades said, appearing on Sonics right. “I’m here to offer you a dream come true!”

“Huh?” Sonic gasped, looking at Hades stupidly.

“You see, life can be lived to the fullest, Aha, so, if you help me kill ALL the gods, and I mean all, I’ll give you what you want!” Hades said. “Money, fame, cars, houses, islands, countries! And hey, I’ll even throw in heaven. Your own B-ball team, your own football team! More money! And women!” As he talked every thing he said popped up.

“What?” Sonic said.

“Yup!” Hades said. “And I’ll throw in that pink haired chick!”

“Amy?” Sonic said, looking down at his feet.

“Yup!” Hades said. “You may think my eyes are closed, but I can read your heart like a book!”

“Shut up Hades!” Shalar said, coming through a door.

“Oh no! It’s the Egyptian!” Hades said. He snapped his fingers, and the door slammed shut, and banging came from the other side. “Kid, listen, I’m the King of the Dead, I can grant you anything you wish!”

“Amy.” Sonic mumbled.

“What’s that? Sorry I didn’t hear you.” Hades said, making a hearing aide appear on his ear.

Sonic just thought.

“Anyways, you could ask me to make Amy what ever you want her to look like! I could turn her into ANY THING!” Hades shouted, his flame hair turning red, then blue again.

Sonic had ideas going through his head.

“Your heart is filling with lust, and greed, take that and turn it away! Keep your heart!” Shouted that voice in Sonics head.

“I say… Go back to Hell, cross the dang river Styx, and stay where you belong!” Sonic shouted.

“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Hades shouted, his hair turning red, and he started disappearing.

“One last thing, if you can read my heart, then you’d know that the only way I want Amy, is Amy!” Sonic said, as the area started to fade.

He was falling. Falling into space. Until he slammed onto the ground, and jumped up. He was in his bed, screaming. There, around him, stood his friends. There, leaning on his bed, looking scared, was Amy, Just, Amy.

“Good gods, I feel sick.” Sonic said, lying back.

“Sonic, what happened?” Amy asked.

“Nothing, just do me a favor.” Sonic said.

“Yeah?” Amy asked, taking Sonics outstretched hand.

“Don’t ever change!” Sonic said, closing his eyes, and feeling Amy lean over and kiss his cheek.

“I wont!” she whispered in his ear.

Then Sonic was back in a dream, with Shalar yapping about how good Sonic had done, dealing with Hades.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 21

One too many heads!

Sonic woke the next morning rubbing his head, he had dreamed of Shalars past again.

“Ugh,” Sonic moaned, getting up to go to the bathroom.

“That wasn’t important! You need to know a lot of Shalars past!” Said that stupid little voice.

“Oh shut up, the last thing I need is someone talking to me in my head, while I’m on the toilet!” Sonic said opening the bathroom door to go in.

Later Sonic and the gang went up to the cliff to do some training.

On their brakes, they ate a lunch that the girls made, Blaze yelled at any one who spit her food up.

“Why did you spit it out?” She asked.

“I- uh- didn’t like it.” Silver said.

Blaze slapped him across the face, and everyone backed away.

Then, a light shone brightly over the horizon, it was Fanage.

“Sons of Adam, and Daughters of Eve, the gods wished for me to tell you of the Demons of the Underworld.” He said, in that somewhat powerful voice. “Hades has told the dark lord to destroy this world, and take the gods with it, free Atlas, and kill the one name, Randy!”

“Huh!” Amy gasped.

Everyone looked at her but Sonic.

“Hades has ordered his son to take the chimeras out to our world.” Fanage said, looking back at Sonic. “Cronus, Hades son, has already crossed the border from the Underworld, and The galaxy.”

Sonic just stared.

“If he gets here, which he should, in about less then two minutes, we, the gods, want you to destroy what he brings!” Fanage said.

Later after Fanage left, it had been five minutes.

“He lied. He said two minutes!” Tails said, whipping a tree again.

Just then darkness spread out under the companions feet.

“What?” Sonic said.

Then the world disappeared. What was left was a dark green earth, with cracks that spouted shadows, and a light green smoke rising to the sky, which was made of fire.

The gang had been split up. Sonic and Amy stood there looking over the nothingness, in horror.

“Your heart is strong, fight the fear, limit the darkness!” Shouted the voice in Sonics head.

Then, a man walked out of the darkness. He was limping, and wore a black robe, with a hood over his head.

“You, who are named Randy, You, who are the Chosen leader. You, must die!” Said Cronus.

Amy looked at the ground, for it had started to shake.

A crack of shadow had started to part the two.

“You, who stand next to Randy. Must be gone, face your own darkness. See you in hell, little girl!” Said the man, then vanished. In his place were these beast with lions heads and goat bodies, their tail, it was made out of a snake.

“For the gods sake!” Sonic said.

“Sonic?” Amy said, then hugged him.

“Huh?” Sonic gasped.

“I won’t die, for you!” She said looking up.

Their faces grew closer to each other. Then, the ground, it parted. Sonic backed away holding Amy’s hand.

“I won’t die, not while you live!” Sonic shouted.

The two were growing farther apart. Soon they were reaching out to each other.

“Give it your all Sonic!” Amy said.

Then she vanished.

Sonic turned to look at the chimera. Then a dragon with three heads walked into sight, Sonic grinned. “I’ll take your heads!”

He jumped at one of the heads and sliced it off.

“Eww, green blood! What in the gods name are you?” Sonic said.

But he would have said what he was thinking what it was, but he was in shock. For the dragon grew two more heads.

“Alright, I’ll take all your heads!” Sonic shouted.

He jumped up and started slicing. But never stopped.

By the time he fell, the dragon had 104 heads.

“So, you like my Hydra? Well, lets see how you like this!” Shouted a voice, none like the one in Sonics head.

A flame flared off all the heads.

“Shoot!” Sonic shouted.

Now the thing had more heads.

Sonic thought. “If he re-grows heads, maybe, YES! His feet!”

Sonic dodged all the heads. And sliced off a leg.

It re-grew that too.

“I’ll kill you. By… YEAH!” Sonic shouted.

He sprang at the things many heads and he was swallowed whole.

“Aha! We’ve got him now!” Hades shouted, looking through his globe. My son pleases me!”

Then something happened.

Sonic burst through its back. And the thing dropped dead.

“NOOOOOOOOOO! Hydras don’t come cheap you know!” Hades shouted, from nowhere.

“Yeah, I know, that’s why I plan on wrecking every one of them things!” Sonic shouted.

Then the place turned back into the cliff.

Sonic looked around, he saw Knuckles standing there. Tails was a little banged up. Cosmo was smiling and jumping around Blaze who was also smiling.

Silver was dizzy. And Amy… Was out cold.

“Amy?” Sonic said, kneeling next to her.

He picked her up in his arms and said, “Lets make our way home, before Hades opens his eyes a little wider!”

“Curses! Randy must not win! I’ll have my son take me there in person!” Hades said, listening to what Sonic had just said. “And my eyes, they are wide open!”

Amy woke up to every one crowded around her. Her head was wrapped in a wet strap.

“Huh? Sonic?” Amy said, looking into his eyes.

“Yeah?” He said, smiling.

“Glad you lived!” she said, lying her head back, and closing her eyes.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 20

Arms aflutter

Sonic woke up to shouting, and the smell of smoke.

“What the?” Sonic said, to no one.

When Sonic opened the door, there was a- “Pyramid?” Sonic said.

The pyramid was set ablaze. Smoke tingled Sonics nose. The heat burned at his face. And the bright fire scorched his eyes.

“Where am I?”

“You, my friend, are in my past!” Shalar said.

“Huh?” Sonic said.

“Well, I don’t know. All I know is that this is my past. I saved a boy from that pyramid. His name was Robotnic!” Shalar said, turning to watch himself run into the blazing fire.

“Follow him, uh, me!” Shalar said, pointing at the entrance that younger Shalar ran into.

Sonic ran up to the entrance, and the flames started to burn into his shirt.

“Darn, I can’t see!” Sonic said, coughing from time to time.

The smoke hit his face like a rushing bull. Then came young Shalars voice. “Young prince of the far! Where are thou?”

“I’m here!” Came the sound of a child’s voice.

“Thank the gods I have found thee!” Young Shalar shouted.

“What a meat-head!” Sonic mumbled.

“Young prince Robotnic, if you are to die this day, you will not be alone! If you die, your people will die, Susan will die!” Young Shalar said.

“No! Not Susan!” Robotnic shouted. “If she is to die, I will fall to ash!”

“That’s why I must get you out of here!” Young Shalar said.

The boy (Shalar) raced down corridors, followed by Sonic (from a distance.)

They left the exit and there stood Shalar, the normal one.

Then the surroundings changed, there was no pyramid, and no smoke.

Instead, there was a throne, on which sat an older Robotnic, compared to the last one.

“Please, young master, don’t do this to me!” Shouted an older version of the last Shalar.

“I- I have no choice! You- betrayed me, Shalar.” Robotnic said, with a straight face.

“For the gods sake man, Susan is older then you! Did you really think she would accept your proposal?” Shalar shouted.

“I- Well, if she didn’t, I would force her to!” Robotnic shouted.

“For the gods sake, she would murder herself! She would never marry a child!” Shalar shouted, ruffling the chains that bound his wrist to two guards.

“SHUT UP!” Robotnic shouted, tears rolling down his face.

“No! She would NEVER say yes to a child like you! She would hang herself, better yet, stab herself before she married the likes of you!” Shalar shouted, spitting in Robotnics eye.

“BITE ME!” Robotnic shouted, kicking Shalar in the face.

“Susan, WHERE IS SHE!” Shalar said, getting right back to his knees (since he could only get to his knees.)

“She will end up with you! In the gates of hell!” Robotnic shouted.

“Shows what you know! The only place angels can go are heaven!” Shalar shouted, grinning.

“Errr.” Robotnic murmured.

“You wouldn’t hang my love!” Shalar said, spitting on a guards shoe.

“Oh, but it’s happening as we spea-“ Robotnic started, as a blue light glowed from outside a window.

“As I said, the only place angels go is heaven! And the gods don’t want her yet, she serves a purpose! As do I!” Shalar shouted, smiling. He slid an emerald out from his pocket.

“May the gods watch over you.” Shalar said. Then with a green light, he was gone.

Sonic woke up (For real) to a black room, all he saw was Shalar, standing there.

“That happened right before the beast was unleashed, and I was sealed in my own emerald, as was my love.”

“Shalar… I’ll-“ Sonic started.

“No, it was meant for her to live in the blue emerald. As was I.” Shalar said.

Then he was gone, there was only the boys side of the cottage.

Sonic went out early, before any one else woke up. He made his way to the cliff. And sat on it’s edge.

“Why, why was I shone Shalars past?” Sonic asked.

“Because you need to know.” Said that voice.

“Huh? Bad explanation.” Sonic said.

“Sonic?” Came the voice of Amy.

“Huh?” Sonic gasped. He had forgotten, that he was back in the real world, uh, Evolution.

“Hmmm, I wouldn’t have thought you’d come back here, I mean, after the fall.” Amy said. She wore a fur coat, over her clothes, she had her arms crossed, she looked cold.

ACK! Sonic just started feeling cold too!

“Oh my gosh! I just noticed how cold it is!” Sonic shouted. Pulling his shirt over his knees.

“Here, want my coat?” Amy asked.

“Naw, you’d turn into a pink ice pop!” Sonic said, giving a little shutter.

Amy sat down next to him, looked down the cliff and sighed.

“What?” Sonic said, looking over at her.

“Nothing.” Amy said, frowning. “This coat isn’t warm enough. Wish it was made out of a real animal, not one of the most coldest duel monsters there is!”

Sonic stared at her, she did look cold. Then something hit Sonics nose.

“Snow?” Sonic said.

“Oh-no!” Amy said.

“Lets get back, the gang should be getting up soon.” Sonic said, staring at the clouds. “Looks like a blizzard.”

Amy went to push herself up, and accidentally touched Sonics hand.

Amy’s cheeks went red.

Sonic smiled, got up and offered her a hands up.

They walked back to cottage, side by side. Sonic had pulled his arms into his shirt, to keep from freezing to death.

Amy was shivering.

Sonic stared at the ground, it was still a long ways back. And he didn’t want Amy to die before they even got to finish off the Dark Lord.

He pulled an arm out of his shirt and rapped it around Amy.

Amy was shocked.

Sonic just stared ahead, not looking at her. So she leaned her head on his shoulders.

When they made it back to the cottage, and got into warmer cloths.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution Episode 19

Oh the sweet, sweet sound!

Amy woke up in her nice bed. Maybe I should explain, Sonic and the gang got their own cottage. It had a BIG tree growing in the middle. The girls and the boys each had sides, the sides were blocked by a Pink and Red blanket. So, back to the story.

Amy had just came out of the girls bathroom, and crossed through the blanket to get to the door. When she stepped over to the boys side, she saw three beds; one had a yellow blanket, the other one had a nice silky Silver blanket, and lastly, a blue one. The Red one was in the tree, Knuckles slept up there. The boys had just left for some reason.

Amy was just about to turn the knob, when she spotted a piece of paper lying at the bottom of Sonics bed. Next to it was Sonics bag.

Amy picked up the paper, and read it. Her mouth opened, as she read the words of the song.

“Wow, Sonic sure can write a song!” She said. But there was one last thing, In Sonics handwriting. Sonic Loves Amy.

Her mouth opened wide. Just then the door slammed open, as the three boys came in. Amy threw the song down, and ran behind the blanket before they could see her.

“What?” Silvers voice came. “Speak it in English bub!”

“The suns heat could burn metal!” Tails voice rang.

“I don’t believe you!” Silver said.

“Aaaaarrrrgggg!” Sonic moaned. “Silver, the sun is at least one-billion degrees!”

“And?” Silver said, in his, I’m right, your wrong, voice. “Metal can withstand fire!”

“Ohhhh! Come on!” Knuckles said, dropping in through the hole in the roof his tree made. “We just took that long walk, and you still say metals stronger then the sun?”

“Yes!” silver said.

This went on for almost an hour or two.

“What’s going on?” Blaze said, getting up.

“The boys are arguing with Silver!” Amy whispered.

Blaze stormed through the blanket. “WHATS GOING ON HERE!?”

The boys looked at her in horror.

“I don’t know about you, but some people, LIKE. TO. SLEEP. IN!” She shouted.

“Uh.” Silver said.

“Yeah, sorry.” Tails said.

Later the seven of them went out to train. Cosmo shouted, “We’re going on a train!”

“No, we’re, going to train!” Blaze said.

“Oh, to bad.”

They made it to a cliff, where they all chose who to train with. Since Tails and Cosmo were the same age, they got to train together.

Sonic got Knuckles, Silver got Blaze. And Amy chose to sit out.

They trained for an hour, then something happened. A Shadow portal opened, and Shadow Bursts poured out of it.

The seven started fighting them, when some one walked out of the portal.

“Ah, Randy, long time no see!” Came the familiar voice of Shadow.

“Shadow?” Sonic said, just as Knuckles missed fired and hit Sonic in the back of the head.

Sonic was rubbing where Knuckles hit him, when Shadow stuck out a finger and chanted some words.

Then a beam of shadow shot out of his finger. It hit Amy’s back, she fell off the cliff.

“AMY!” Sonic said diving for her hand. He grabbed her hand, just in the nic of time.

“Don’t let go!” Amy cried, as tears rolled down her face.

“I wouldn’t dream of it!” Sonic shouted back.

“Sonic!” Tails’ voice came from behind. “Shadow just left, and there are new Shadow Bursts!”

“Sonic!” Amy shouted, as her hand started to slip.

Sonic threw his other hand over hers. “I wont let anyone die!”

Amy looked at his eyes, Rage, Horror, Tears, came from his eyes.

Then it rained.

“For the love of Lock Ness!” Sonic shouted, as the rain loosened his grip.

“Sonic, please don’t let me go!” Amy shouted, the rain socking her hair.

“I said- No one- Will- DIE!” Sonic shouted, trying to pull her up, but no dice.

“Sonic!” Amy said, she was hanging by her finger tips. "Don’t you-" Suddenly she was being pulled up.

Sonic had pulled his shirt off, tied it to her arm and his, and pulled. “Now, if you drop, I drop to!”

Tears rolled down Amy’s face. “Sonic I-“ Suddenly, she was falling. Sonic was falling too. “SONIC!”

Sonic looked down, not at her. Amy turned her head to what he was looking at.

A TREE!

Sonic fanned out his arm, and the shirt got stuck on the tree branch.

Sonics hand grasped the branch. “See, no one dies while I’m alive!”

Sonic pulled himself onto the branch. He crouched on the branch for a while, then he pulled Amy up. She fell into his arms. Sonic looked taken aback.

“Thank God I have you as a friend!” Amy said, leaning up.

The next thing Sonic knew, she was kissing him.

When they got back, they didn’t talk to each other. It took them a while to climb the tree.

Sonic had splinters up and down his chest, since his shirt ripped.

The rest of the gang whooped for joy.

“We thought you two were goners!” Tails shouted.

“Well, like I just started saying, as long as I’m around, every one in this gang, will live to see another day!” Sonic said, smiling.

Amy smiled, but she still looked down at her feet.

Amy walked through the blanket, as did the other girls. While the boys all went to there beds.

Sonic got into a new shirt, and thought of the day he had, and of Amy.

Destiny

Well, I still haven’t thought of my next episode, so here, I thought you would like to know the theme song! Also, This is part of a story! You’ll see.

Destiny

(Drum solo) Every heart,

must have a flame.

Everyone,

knows how to live each day!

The only thing that I believe in,

is the beating in my heart.

As though I could reach out and grab it,

my heart seems to be so far away.

I can feel Destiny in my reach,

but I just never reach.

My heart beats every day,

I just can’t stop thinking,

about the way she looks at me.

All I ever believe in,

is the pounding of my heart.

She looks at me,

and my heart beats faster as life goes by!

I can feel the fire in my heart,

burning like that old bush.

My life revolves around her,

I would risk it all.

Every time I think about it,

I just can’t stop.

The thing that I see,

is the darkness around me.

When I see her face,

the light bursts out from nowhere.

All I can do,

is sit and pray she loves me the way I love her!

Destiny is in my reach,

but I just don’t realize.

My future is what allows me to move;

Her face is what helps me live.

Since I first met her,

my life, Pitiful life, has a Destiny.

I know how to reach,

I notice it now.

So I reach for the Destiny,

And wait to see!

Sonic put down the piece of paper, he loved writing songs. He laid his head back on the tree he sat in front of.

“Sonic?” Came Amy’s voice.

“Yaaa!” Sonic shouted sliding the piece of paper, with his song, out of sight. “Yeah? Please don’t scare me like that!”

“Hee hee! Sorry.” Amy laughed. “What are you doing?”

“Nothing! Nonya!” Sonic said, turning around.

“Huh? Excuse me?” Amy said.

“I said. Non-Ya! It means, non of your bee’s wax!” Sonic said, grinning.

Amy threw an acorn at his head.

“Owww!” Sonic said, rubbing his head.

“Heh, See ya around!” Amy said, giving the peace sign as she walked.

“Oh man, I hope she didn’t see what I just wrote!” Sonic said puling out his paper.

At the bottom right corner, he wrote something, then shoved it into his back pack, and got up to follow Amy.

In the corner, Sonic had wrote something that he hoped no one could read, he put:

The darkness around him!

Sonic and the gang had split up into groups to find the seventh tinshan, which Fanage called the gang and the one that was not with them yet, he said it meant ‘Heroin of Worlds’, but all in all, Sonic was leader.

“Your heart, it is strong, you’ll face the true darkness today, don’t lose you heart to the darkness!” Said a voice.

“Shalar?” Sonic said.

Everything went black like the other times, and Shalar appeared.

“Yes?” He said.

“What did you mean, the true darkness?” Sonic asked.

“Many pardons?” Shalar said, shocked.

“Well, didn’t you just say something?” Sonic asked.

“Many more pardons? I’ve been in your hearts library.” Shalar said.

“Huh? My heart has a library?” Sonic asked, looking puzzled.

“Every heart does.” Shalar started. “You see, in your hearts library, are books on memories that you cherish. And in another section of the library is the memories that you locked away, deep, deep in your mind. I’ve been reading your bad memories.”

“Why?” Sonic said.

“I’m trying to see what could happen again! And the good memories I am looking at to see why you, of millenniums of people, were chosen by the emerald, and the gods.” Shalar said, scratching his chin. “Now, you said you heard me talking?”

“Yeah, you said, your heart, it is strong, you’ll face the true darkness today, don’t lose your heart to the darkness!” Sonic said, trying hard not to pant.

“I said no such thing! I may be in your heart, but I can’t tell you the future!” Shalar said, looking appalled. “Well, I must get back, if you need me, I’ll always be a heartbeat away.”

Every thing was light again, and Amy was walking next to him. Her hair was shining, and her hands were clenching and unclenching.

“Sonic?” Amy said, looking up at him.

“Yeah? What’s up?” He answered.

“Well, remember when I asked you if you wanted to travel?” Amy asked.

“Yeah.” Sonic said, as something of the memory flashed back to him.

“Well, looks like you don’t have to wait!” She said, smiling.

They walked down a street, and then saw a girl with purple hair, wearing clothes like theirs, run by.

“That’s the seventh tinshan!” Sonic said.

“Your starting to sound like master Fanage!” Amy said, running after the girl.

“Master?” Sonic mumbled, fallowing her.

The girl stopped, looked back, and said, “Oh, finally, humans! Would you help?” Blaze asked.

“Stop!” Sonic said, holding out an arm. On command, the knights stopped. “So, you’re the seventh tinshan?”

“Huh?” Blaze asked.

Just then, ‘Master’ Fanage came down from the sky. “I’ll tell her. You two, go back to the camp, see that nothing goes wrong!” With that, the king left.

“Be prepared, when you get back to camp their will be darkness waiting for the chosen on!” Said the voice.

And indeed, it was. The two got back, and their friends and the knights, were battling off swarms of Shadow Burst’s.

“Who’s that?” Sonic asked Vill when they came up to him. Sonic was pointing at a large bat looking man.

“That’s the dark lord!” Vill said.

“I’ll fight him!” Sonic said drawing his sword.

Sonic ran to where the D. L. (Dark Lord) was floating.

The D.L. looked down at him. He laughed, then drew a sword.

The sword, that Fanage called Lightning ball, in Sonics hand was glowing green.

Then, the swords clashed with sparks flying everywhere.

Sonic jumped over the D.L.s sword, and hit his face with the back of his sword.

The D.L just laughed.

“Duck!” Came a voice.

Sonic ducked.

“Swing!” Came the voice again.

Sonic swung the sword at the D.L.s head, and made a cut in his ear.

“Stab, Stab!”

Sonic stabbed at the D.L.s stomach. But was sadly blocked.

“Swing, then Parry!”

Sonic didn’t know what a parry was. So he just swung wildly. He hit the D.L. about fifteen times.

The Dark Lord finally said, “You fight well, but, I must save your heart for later, Good Bye, Randy!” Then with a blink of the eyes, he, and every other shadow thing, vanished.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 17

The universe’s paralyzes.

The man glowed like the sun, he was starting to fade into a human color.

“My name is Fanage.” The man repeated.

“Master Fanage.” Vill said, bowing.

“You’re the king?” Cosmo asked.

“Yes, I was created not from no stupid sorcerer, I was made by the gods themselves!” Fanage said.

“So what, like, do we call you your holiness?” Knuckles asked, waving a hand in the air.

“No,” The king said. “You may call me, Fanage, King, or, Phoenix.

“Oh… k.” Knuckles said.

“So why do you, the king of this world, want to see us, the earth humans from earth?” Amy said.

“Well, those weapons, they are gifts from the gods!” Fanage said.

“Sonic D. Randy, you are the chosen leader, chosen by Zeus himself.” Fanage said.

“The rest of you were also picked, but all the gods had to agree to it. Wait, there is supposed to be seven of you!”

The companions looked around, there was indeed only six of them.

“Hmmm, the other must be found!” Fanage said. “Guards, go look for some one named Blaze, she is chosen, and if she is found by the wrong people first, I don’t want to say what will happen to the universe.”

“Blaze?” Silver said.

“Yes, I know every one of you chosen ones.” Fanage said. “Miles Tails Prower. Amy Twine Rose. Silver Fench Grinder. Knuckles Red Echo. Cosmo Jupiter Vin. And Sonic Devlin Randy!”

“Whoa!” Knuckles said. “I didn’t think there was any one smarter than the nerd!”

“Who?” Fanage asked.

“Miles!” Knuckles answered.

“HEY!” Tails shouted turning around.

“Knock it off, before I knock your heads off!” Sonic said stepping in between them.

“My arms hurt from holding my weapon!” Cosmo said.

“Oh, yes, now that you are here, I shall give you new clothes!” Fanage said. He blinked and every one was dressed in what looked like medieval times clothes.

“And here’s weapon holders.” Fanage said, blinking again.

Sonic got one that was like a belt. He slid his sword in the socket.

Amy got one of those things that go on the back. She too slid her staff in the socket.

Cosmo got one like Sonic, only smaller. She slid her weapon in and strapped on the easy un-strap socket.

Silver got a belt with what looked like belt loops, he slid the handle up one, and like magic, the chain like whip, slid itself through the rest.

Tails did the same, only, his belt loops were farther apart, and his whip went faster since it was made out of sturdy rope.

Knuckles got a case that was on the side of his pants. He slid off his brass knuckles, and dropped them in.

“Now would you please help look for the other?” Fanage asked.

Blaze didn’t know why, but her clothes changed, and she found two knives, like ninjas use, not like the kitchen knives. And a belt with two sockets on each side of her, popped onto her from nowhere.

“What is going on here?” She said. Then a bunch of duel monsters, Little Knights maybe, came running up to her. She took off running.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 16

The dark lord rises

Sonic sliced through a monster, the monster looked like a shadow, mixed with a demon.

“What are these things?” Amy shouted, hitting one over the head.

“They be Shadow burst!” Vill shouted, bashing one of them in with his shield.

Sonic slit one of their thoughts, chopped another in half, note: they are made of shadows.

Amy added a fine twirl to her attacks. Tails was like a whipping fool, whipping his whip left and right, up and down, and believe it or not, straight!

Silver had the tip of his chain change to an axe form. And Cosmo, well, she was shooting sparks from her wand.

And then there was Knuckles, he punched one, then turned, and hit another, then uppercut one, then his fist went through it and slammed into another one.

Sonic was now adding a spin to his swing. And Silver changed the tip to a gun.

Cosmo started shouting ice shards.

Knuckles fell to the ground after taking a sword to the chin, his chin was bleeding, and then he popped up, punched the Shadow Freak in the chin then shouted, “How’s it feel!”

Then he turned, he punched another one so hard it flew into a tent, which fell.

Sonic had noticed that more of the king forces had joined the fight then before.

Knuckles had let out a shout. Sonic looked at his friend. Knuckles had taken a slash across the face.

Knuckles lied on the ground, looking dead.

“KNUCKLES!” Sonic shouted, then something happened. He burst out with rage, his sword glowed green as the grass.

He sliced one Shadow thing, that flew and hit another. Sonic jumped into the air at one of the flying Shadow bursts, feet. Sonic almost stabbed the Shadow Burst that stood over Knuckles, when it took its sword, placed it to its nose, and stabbed. An ugly grin came to its face, as it vanished, as all the others did.

Sonic dropped next to Knuckles.

“Knuck!” Sonic said.

“Don’t- Call- Me- Knuck-“ Knuckles said, faintly.

Sonic got up, nodded, and ran back to join back in the fight.

Amy was slicing up one of the flying ones, when another one came up behind her, he- she- it grabbed her under the arms, and the other one started punching her face.

Sonic didn’t see it until he felt blood hit his face, he wiped it off, then looked up.

“AMY!” Sonic shouted. He jumped up in the sky his sword glowing green. He sliced at the one that was punching Amy. He hit him about 99 times. Then his eyes glowed red.

“Bye chump!” Sonic said.

He hit it, and it vanished.

He dropped down to the ground, and then jumped up again and attacked the one holding Amy, all Sonic did was stab its head for it to vanish.

Amy dropped, but Sonic got to the ground first. He threw the sword down, and caught her in his arms. He stared at her motionless face. Then her eyes opened, she looked at his face, he let her down, picked up the sword, and went back to the fight.

When the battle was over, Sonic did a check. Every one but Amy was perfect, oh, and Knuckles had a fresh scar across his face.

moments passed...

“Alright, the king would like to see you!” Vill said.

Then the sky grew red, and a man made of fire flew from the sky.

“My name is Fanage, I am the king!” Said the man.

Sonic Duelist: Evolution, Episode 15

The wars afoot!

Blaze looked around, she could see only shopping carts, and cottages.

“Man, this place smells like sheep!” She shouted.

She walked down a path, looking side to side, everyone around was a duel monster.

“My son, the power of the emeralds, shall be ours!” Mr. Allen said.

“But, father, why are we looking for the emeralds anyway?” Shadow asked.

“Because, we can rule the universe!” Mr. Allen said.

“I’m hungry!” Cosmo said. “I want more black tart berries!”

“Well, there’s a ramen shop close by!” Vill said.

“Yum!” Cosmo said, sarcastically.

“Here we are old chaps!” Vill said.

“Old?” Sonic started.

“Chaps?” Amy finished.

They sat down, and this boar wearing a chef’s outfit came to serve them.

“What will it be?” Said the boar in a deep snorting voice.

The gang looked at the menu.

“Say, you're humans?” The boar said.

“Yup!” Cosmo said turning the page. “Oh, I’ll take the black tart berry ramen please!”

Every one ordered, then they finished it off.

“Where to next?” Sonic said.

“Well, how bouts the camp?” Vill suggested.

“Huh?” Knuckles said, ordering another bowl.

“That’s where alls the kings forces stay, till they are summoned to battle the dark forces.” Vill said.

So the gang left to go see the king’s forces.

Blaze sat down at the ramen shop. “I’ll take any thing with fish in it.”

“Say, you’re another human!” The boar said.

“Another?” Blaze said. “Give me the bowl, and tell me where they went!”

“Here, free of charge.” The boar said. “And they went to see the kings forces!”

Sonic had just remembered Shalar.

“Shalar!” Sonic thought.

“You rang?” Shalar answered, and everything went black except for Shalar.

“We’re on another planet!” Sonic said.

“So, that’s what Corrupted was mumbling about… Oh, by the way, Corrupted is out in the world your in!” Shalar said.

“WHAT!” Sonic shouted.

“Be careful Sonic, I can’t lose my host!” Shalar said.

Then Sonic could see again.

When they got to the camp, Sonic saw lots of duel monsters. He saw more then twenty Little Knights.

“So, Who’s the king?” Silver asked.

“He is Fanage, the lord phoenix!” Vill said. “He may change to human form, as he wishes!”

“Cool!” Sonic said.

Just then a black fire burst out of a tent.

“Oh no! It’s the darkness! RUN!” Vill shouted running away.

Sonic looked at his friends, who nodded.

Sonic went to get on defense, when a small light shined from the sky, followed by some more.

Then weapons struck the ground.

Sonic picked up a sword that landed in front of him. Silver got a chain, that could change tips. Knuckles got, Brass knuckles. Amy got a staff. Cosmo got a wand. And Tails got a whip made of chain.

They took a fighting pose, and then, ATTACKED!

The path to the new world!

Sonic and his friends all walked down the halls of the tower they were in for the Tournaments’ finals.

There were a lot more people then they thought.

Knuckles

Sonic

Amy

Eggman

Blaze

Shadow

Tails

And Mr. Allen himself.

They walked up to Tails, who looked worried.

“Don’t worry, you’ll do fine, kid.” Sonic said, smiling.

“Thanks.” Tails said.

There was no one else but the seven of them.

“Show me the power of that emerald boy!” Shouted Mr. Allen.

“Excuse me?” Sonic said.

“You heard me, boy!” Mr. Allen shouted.

Just then Shalar popped into view, and every one else vanished.

“What?” Sonic said looking around.

“Don’t be alarmed Host, this is what I call, personal talking. You can see me, I can see you, and when you talk your friends can’t hear you! And you can if your moving, you can sense what’s in front of you! Tell me what is at your feet?” Shalar said.

“Well,” Sonic said looking down at the floor. “There’s, Whoa! There is a pole!”

“Correct!” Shalar said. “The reason I came to talk to you is to tell you that, something is going wrong! Corrupted is getting restless. And he mumbles in his dwellings.”

“What happened to him anyway?” Sonic asked. “I thought he fell off the pillar and just died.”

“No, when he fell he was sent to the corner of your heart. I guard him. And he’s been mumbling.” Shalar stated. “He says things like, the new world will have me, or, the plan of the new world is finished. I think he is recalling something he learned back before we were imprisoned. Sonic, if any thing happens, just call my name in your thoughts!” Shalar finished.

“Sure.” Sonic said smiling at Shalar.

Then it all went back to normal.

“Now, People, get ready to start!” Shouted Mr. Allen.

Just then, Sonics emerald started glowing. Then, Something flew out of it laughing.

A pain shot through Sonics heart. He fell on both knees, then his emerald glowed so bright, that he couldn’t see a thing.

When he came to, he was lying in the grass. And standing in front of him was two legs, covered in armor.

“Hello! You there, Funny looking being.” Shouted the thing.

“Huh?” Sonic moaned.

When he looked up he saw, Little Knight, the duel monster, standing in front of him.

“Whoa, I’m in a duel! Come on!” Sonic shouted grabbing at his arm. But when he clenched his arm, his duel disk wasn’t there.

“Duel? You mean like in the coliseum?” The Little Knight asked.

“WHAT! HELP! TALKING DUEL MONSTER!” Sonic shouted.

“Monster? What?” Little Knight asked, looking puzzled.

“Sonic?” Amy’s voice came from behind some bushes.

“Another one o’ ya’s?” Little Knight said.

“What in the world?” Amy shouted.

“The name’s Vill, and ’m a Little Knight!” Vill said. “What’s your name gov'nor?”

“Huh?” Sonic said. “Oh, I’m Sonic, That’s Amy. Where are we?” Sonic asked.

“What species ‘re you gov'nor?” Vill asked.

“Huh? Human.” Sonic asked looking shocked.

“Oh my tin helmet! That would mean you be from planet earth, gov'nor?” Vill said, looking pleased.

“Uh, yeah, like, aren’t we standing, er, lying, on planet earth?” Sonic asked.

“No, and you the only one lying down gov'nor. We be on planet Evolution!” Vill said, smiling.

Boom. Just like that, everything Sonic would have dreamed of seemed like an evil plot to destroy the universe.

“WHAT!” Came Knuckles voice, falling out of a tree. “We’re on another planet? That would answer my question to, why the bugs in that tree were so weird!”

Cosmo popped out of berry bush. “These thing are sooooooo yummy!”

“They be black tart berries!” Vill said.

Then Silver jumped out from behind a bush.

“Yo, I just saw a black dinosaur!” Silver shouted.

“That must be Gar the B-Rex, he must be hunting.” Vill said. “Don’t worry, he only eats deer!”

“Deer? Those are from earth.” Silver said.

“Yes, this world has something’s from your world.” Vill said, not smiling any more.

Then Tails tumbled through some bushes. “Whoa, this place is cool!”

Then Vill smiled and said. “We been waiting for the arrival of humans!”

“Why?” Amy asked.

“Well, they say that humans can defeat the evil, Vampire King.” Vill said. “Shall I take you to town?”

“Sure!” Everyone said.
